About Luke.

I’m Luke Miller, a REALTOR® with Wayvora Realty and the owner of Homes By Luke. I work with buyers and sellers across Southeast Minnesota, where I was born and raised.

My experience includes residential sales, negotiation, construction, remodeling, and property evaluation. At H&H Construction, I price work and help manage projects. That experience helps when a home needs repairs or you’re comparing a remodel with a move.

I earned my bachelor’s degree at Hamline University and am now working on my master’s.

I’m a strength athlete and outdoor competitor. Preparation is part of how I train and how I work.

Before we tour or list a house, I review the property, comparable sales, and any work it may need. I keep you updated, explain the options, and tell you what I think.

I’m Kristin’s husband and Ryker’s dad. We also have a golden retriever named Jack.

You’ll find me training, competing outdoors, watching the Vikings, or cooking for my family. I also volunteer with the Rochester Youth Football Association.
